This GIGANTIC water main break, which blocked off 13th street between Market and Chestnut streets and which made it impossible to cross to Market between 12th to 13th (unless you had on galoshes,) had me nearly late for work this morning. I snapped these photos though on my detour… ‘Tis the season.
