Earlier this week alternative rock legends The Afghan Whigs released a music video for their latest single, “A Line Of Shots.”  And today the Cincinnati band, on their fifth decade, release their 9th studio album, How Do You Burn?, and kick off a US headlining tour that will have them playing Underground Arts next Friday, September 16th, with support coming from recently profiled Pink Mountaintops.  The album – which was recorded largely separately, during the pandemic – features a plethora of longtime collaborators of The Afghan Whigs and frontman Greg Dulli, including the late Mark Lanegan (who named the album), Susan Marshall, Van Hunt, and Marcy Mays.  Pick up your copy of the album, try to learn as many of the words as you can in the next week, and get your tickets for their show at Underground Arts (link below).  Also, take a look at their latest music video, in addition to some highlights from throughout the band’s career.
