2. Ur store was proly the first to sell Cheap Mondays in Philly. Do u feel solely responsible for bringing the (really) tight jeans look to the city? How do u feel abt hipsters in general?
No… my tight jeans buyer, DJ Michael Anderer said that all the rocker boyz in philly love to show off their goods in tight jeans, so this line was a must have… Oh yea, I like boyz in tight jeans.
3. Talking abt hpsts… What’s your gut reaction to the Dov Charney/Jonny Makeup “situation”?
I say, work it sista…. I always knew he was smart.
4. Ur a pretty important figure in Philly’s gay community and have said before that “the city government has been amazing abt supporting the Gayborhood, and the gay community.” That’s cool. What next step would you like to see our city take as far as gay equality? (Do u think Nutter is cute? Like in a geeky way?)
Well I’d like to see the city step up the police in the Gayborhood… They seem to avoid us when it comes to crime. Oh, and please stop the vogueing wars on 13th street… Vogueing is soooo over, you’re not Madonna.
