Indie rock band The Beths have traveled across the world from their native home of New Zealand for their current 2023 North American Tour for their recent album Expert In A Dying Field. The quartet consisting of Elizabeth Stokes (vocals and rhythm guitar), Jonathan Pearce (lead guitar and vocals), Benjamin Sinclair (bass and vocals), and Tristan Deck (drums) took to the Union Transfer stage Friday March 3, with their giant inflatable fish, as the eighth stop across the US. The night started with a set from singer-songwriter Sidney Gish from Boston, Mass, as she played tracks from her 2017 album No Dogs Allowed and her recent single “Filming School.”
