In Philadelphia, you know summer is officially here when the Radio 104.5 Block Parties begin. The first of the summer series kicked off Sunday at the Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing with Bad Suns, Catfish and the Bottlemen, BANKS, and The Airborne Toxic Event.
