New graffiti mural at Webb and Albert streets, in Port Richmond… By the way, if you have no idea where the fuck that is don’t feel bad, neither did I. But I looked it up, and it’s somewhere behind the Wawa/Applebee’s foodplex on Aramingo avenue.
