Philadelphia POPPED! Festival lineup has been released and tickets are officially on sale (for an arm and a leg, if you can afford it!). Headliners for both days are in the company of The Shins, Cage the Elephant, Panda Bear, Pretty Lights, Girl Talk + plenty other saucy humans.

But don’t worry, until Early Bird rates are available until tomorrow (June 23rd). Two day passes are going for $90 ($110 after) and VIP 2 day passes for $175 (200) if you want to sit with your bad silver-spoon self.
