Alex G w/ Hatchie at Union Transfer (11/18)

Alex G plays his first of a three show run at Union Transfer with special opening guest, Hatchie, on November 18th.

Philly’s own Alex G played three sold out shows at Union Transfer 11/18-11/20, completing the tour for his latest album release, God Save The Animals.  It was especially sweet hearing him sing lyrics on “Miracles” about having a baby while standing next to his pregnant partner, Molly Germer, as she played violin.

Australian shoegaze musician Hatchie took the stage before Alex G.  She released her second full-length album, Giving The World Away, this year April, which quickly became a favorite of mine, so of course I was stoked to be able to see and shoot her performance.  She sounded absolutely stunning!
