This has to be a joke… What is the “surveillance network,” little ppl with fax machines?

I mean srsly, we live in the age of the iPhone, yet we need 6 feet tall “surveillance boxes” on every corner to keep on eye on ppl waiting for the bus? Something doesn’t add up here. I don’t know what yet, but I’m keeping my eye on these boxes…
